Ladies Alive is the women’s ministry of JHD, reaching out to women of all ages in the city of Dallas, Texas and beyond.

Providing today’s woman with the tools to reach new Spiritual heights, grow and achieve emotional balance and to become the beautiful creature God intended, inside and out. At L.A you’ll learn how to maintain physical, mental, emotional and oh yes...financial health.

L.A is not your Grandma’s Church Women’s Fellowship! It seeks to minister to every facet of a woman’s life (complex creatures that we are), from a perspective that is relevant to the many hats that the 21st century woman has to wear: professional, businesswoman, soccer mom, wife, mother, homemaker, worker, entrepreneur, peacemaker, chauffeur, housekeeper, church administrator....the list is endless. At L.A, you will meet many kindred spirits with whom you will laugh together, cry together and grow together!

At JHD, we view the Single life as a priceless time block in which to make critical choices about what you fill the spaces and voids in your life with. It’s a precious time slot to discover and develop yourself, and to prepare to fulfill God’s purpose for your life.

Spaces is a Spiritual boot camp for life! With great fun and all kinds of Social events thrown in, from Rock climbing to Ice cream socials, Bowling matches to Comedy nights; and making lifelong friends along the way!

‘Synergy’ (pronounced: si-n r-j ) is a 17th century derivative of the Latin word ‘synergia’ ( Greek ‘synergos) which simply means; working together.

What makes synergy so special is that it produces a result impossible to obtain by any of the parties working independently. Synergism means that each person magnifies/enhances the actions of their partner, so that the combined action/effort by co-operation/teamwork between you and your spouse produces an overall better result than if only one of you was working toward the same goal individually.

In God’s mathematics, one person will put to flight 1000, but two of you working in synergy have the capacity to put to flight 10000! JHD Synergy is all about teaching you how to make your marriage the “lil” taste of heaven on earth that God had originally intended! And having fun as you hang out with other couples.
